Message from the Board of Directors – Members Information Evening – Wednesday, 17th December 2014 at 7pm

ATTENTION MEMBERS

PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE OF DATE 

As indicated at the information night on 21^st October, another information night is to be held and is scheduled to be held at the Clubrooms on Wednesday, 17th December 2014 at 7pm

During the intervening period, and in accordance with the overwhelming support of the members in attendance at the last information evening, your Board has authorised due diligence to be undertaken to assess the viability of the sale of the land at Aspendale and identify possible sites in the Bangholme area. In order to ensure options for staying at Aspendale are properly examined, this due diligence has been extended to include a review of the 9 and 18-hole options.

This will not be a special general meeting where we ask you to vote on any option, but an opportunity to inform you of the results of the due diligence so far and provide you with an opportunity to ask questions. To this end, Simon Reed from Robert Luxmoore  (Project Manager) and Nick Clements from Tract will be in attendance to answer any questions from you, the members.

We hope as many members as possible can attend so that we can continue to confidently move forward with the knowledge that our members understand our situation and options and will support the Board’s efforts to ensure our Club remains viable into the future.
