Pennant Results
Round 2 Men’s Pennant teams played at Heidelberg on Sunday
Rossdale was defeated by Yarra Yarra 6/1.

Twilight Competition Results
The Twilight competition has had another fantastic end to another to the season with Richard Stok coming in first place! Well done to runners up Greg Willian and Ben Macguire for creating some fierce competition.

The Portingale Family
Maurie Portingale is a name many of you may remember. As a member of Rossdale, Club President 1969-1971 and Captain 1976-1978, Maurie was also Mayor & Councillor of the city of Chelsea so his family thought it would be a great idea to visit the club on Labour Day to play golf and enjoy the surrounds.. Pictured right, his wife Flossie and 4 generations of family hold the Maurie Portingale Cup named in his honour and recently won by current Club President, Geoff Charnley.

AFL Footy Tipping is almost here !
AFL Footy Tipping is back for another year starting on March 22nd! Soak up the atmosphere on the club deck or member’s bar. Watch the game live on the big screen. Enjoy a bit of friendly competition, for only $23.

The bistro has had a small increase to their prices to maintain a high quality throughout their food and beverage service. We thank all members for their understanding as we make little adjustments throughout the year to continue to create a pleasant Rossdale experience.

Ladies Pennant – Date Change
Members are advised of a Ladies Pennant date change. Rossdale will now be hosting Ladies Pennant Div 4 on Sunday 8th April. Moved from Sunday 29th April.

Victorian Par 3 Championship
Wednesday 6th – Sunday 10th June 2018
Entries are now open for the Victorian Men’s & Women’s Par 3 Championship held at Kyabram Parkland Golf Club over the June long weekend. The event is open to all male and female amateur golfers and will be played in A, B & C grades.
Date: Wed 6 – Thu 7 (Women) & Sat 9 – Sun 10 (Men)
Venue: Kyabram Parkland Golf Club
Format: 36-hole stroke (Women) & 54-hole stroke (Men)
GA H’cap Limit: 36.4 (Women) & 27.4 (Men)
Entry Fees: $65 (Women) & $75 (Men)
Inclusion: Light lunch on both days
Optional: Breakfast available for purchase
Tournament Dinner
Wed night (Women – $26pp) & Sat night (Men – bar prices)
Entries Open: Monday 26 February 2018
