Friday Night Winter Blues

Lady Captains Cup Winner
Judy moate (left) donated the Lady Captains Trophy to Anne Stannard (right) who won it by -3 total. Played over two par rounds which concluded on Wednesday 20th June 2018.

Rossdale Members at the Centara World Masters, Thailand
Seven Rossdale members; Michael Patterson, David Brown, Geoff Terrell, Bernadette Terrell, Wayne Crump, Cheryl Disher and Joy Adams, recently played in the Centara World Masters Golf Championship in Hua Hin, Thailand. The incredibly well run tournament is played over 4 rounds and hosted 500 players representing 27 countries. Bernadette Terrell finished runner up in the Ladies 35-59 A grade Stableford competition and Rossdale finished 5th in the teams Stableford. Our club captain David Brown had a bit of luck winning the 2nd prize in the major prize draw which was fully paid entry into the Gold Coast Masters including return flights and 7 nights accommodation. Anyone interested in next years World Masters at Hua Hin can contact Michael Patterson ( Prestige Golf Tours).

Pro Shop Car Park
As you may all now be aware, from the 1st July 2018, the gates to the Pro Shop car park will be closed at 5;30pm daily. If you are parked there during the day you, will need to ensure you move your car to the front car park prior to 5:30pm. We thank you for your cooperation.

Saturday Shot Gun Starts
Saturday shot gun starts have now commenced and will be running from the 9th June through to 21st July 2018. The morning tee off is at 7:40am and the afternoon at 12:20pm.
With the reduced hours of daylight though the winter months this will give everyone a chance to play 18 holes.. Afterwards members can enjoy a warm atmosphere in our bar comparing results and talking footy.
