Members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting to be held in the clubhouse on Monday, August 6th at 7.00pm.

In accordance with the club constitution a financial annual report will be made available for members no less than 14 days in advance of the meeting. A copy of the annual report will be available either from reception or the member website.

All questions must be forwarded to the General Manager and received in writing by the registered office or via email at rgc.manager@rossdalegolf.com.au no later than 7 days prior to the General meeting.

All voting members have been informed via email and notices placed within the clubhouse as per the constitutional requirements.
