House Committee Member Wanted!
Dear Members,
Your House committee is seeking a new member! The House Committee is one of several committees that operate in conjunction with the Board and the Rossdale Operations Team. We have a number of upcoming major projects and events, and we would love another member to join our team and assist. Our focus over the coming 12 months will be: Change Room upgrades, Corporate Cup, Rossdale 70th Anniversary Event, Melbourne Cup Day, Live at the Green, and management and coordination of the club social calendar. Your involvement would include a monthly meeting, usually held in a local establishment to monitor the competition and ensure a relaxed environment. You will be allocated responsibility for one of our major initiatives, and you will be asked for your input into all House Committee activities. The person we need is someone willing to roll up theirs sleeves and get things done. An interest in Food and Beverage activities is a plus, and some past business experience would be helpful but not a necessity. Ultimately we just want someone that can work in a team, and is prepared to help. The Food and Beverages part of our business has made a huge turnaround under the stewardship of Andrew, Megan, Gerard, Glenys, Carol and teams.
